Contact Support
Initiate your return by emailing our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Shipment
Carefully repack the e-bike in its original box with all chargers, keys, and manuals included to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our designated warehouse facility for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned bike, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
