How long does shipping take for an Engwe e-bike?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and warehouse proximity.

Do Engwe e-bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, all our electric bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering the battery, motor, and controller against manufacturing defects.

Is assembly difficult when the bike arrives?

Our bikes arrive 85% to 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle using the provided toolkit and instruction manual.

What is your return policy for sports equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.

Are Engwe e-bikes waterproof for rainy rides?

Our bikes are rated IP54 for water resistance, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
